For Minneapolis restaurant Common Roots Cafe, the Year in Numbers has become an opportunity to release an annual report on their efforts to operate in a sustainable way. It also allows the socially responsible company to tell a story with data about the past year and share the way that their purchases impact local farmers and the community.
